The provision of services by Aurum is governed separately by the applicable Professional Services Agreement and Service Exhibit entered into between Aurum and the applicable client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed Professional Services Agreement concerning services provided to a client, the Professional Services Agreement shall govern the client-services relationship.

2. Website Purpose.

The Website provides information concerning Aurum and its administrative services and may include service descriptions, pricing information, contact information, educational content, and other general information.

Accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, joining a mailing list, completing a contact form, or otherwise communicating with Aurum through the Website does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only as provided in a written agreement between Aurum and the applicable client.

3. No Professional Advice.

Information provided through the Website is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, insurance, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

Website visitors should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding matters requiring professional advice.

If a Website description differs from the terms of an executed Professional Services Agreement or applicable Service Exhibit, the executed agreement shall govern the applicable client engagement.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its original content and materials, including text, graphics, branding, logos, icons, photographs, service descriptions, templates, documents, workflows, designs, and other original materials made available through the Website (collectively, “Website Content”), are owned by or licensed to Aurum and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
